Target Beneficiaries
The target beneficiaries of JPTTC
are the disadvantaged people, men & women and adolescents in the society
constituting the bulk of the population i.e. the destitute women and children, other
occupational groups who are victims of hunger and social injustice, ethnic and
religious communities, Rohingya community, transport workers, Bench child/street
child, Dry fish worker, Fisher man slum dwellers as well.
Working Team
JPTTC with its skilled and
efficient working team under the execution of its principal has successfully
and professionally been running its vocational training programs. JPTTC’s working
team consists of professional and competent staff; most of them have come from technical
and Management parts like Chairperson, Director, Assistant Director, Principal,
Vice Principal, Chief instructor, and the instructor who provides strategic
direction to JPTTC.
Staff Strength
JPTTC has a good number of skilled
and efficient staff to carry out its activities. The JPTTC staff are
responsible for the proper implementation of all vocational skills training.
The staff of the training centre and liaison office are responsible for
coordination, marketing strategic development, job placement, advocacy,

Graduated students

arrange industrial visits of our students for outside practical experience.

Financial Management
To ensure transparency in financial
management JPTTC has skilled manpower in the finance section. The finance
department of JPTTC manages finance and accounting by following a standard
accounting system using double-entry cash and ledger books
JPTC conducts an annual audit of its
finances and accounts regularly by an external audit farm. On the other hand, to
ensure internal control, it has a system of internal audit, delegation of
duties, and segregation of authorises. JPTTC has appointed a number of
qualified and experienced accounts staff.
JPTTC maintains separate bank accounts
for each project funded by donors and uses two/three signatories for each
account. It has a regular practice of preparing monthly/quarterly/annual
finance reports to fulfil the donor’s needs.
Management Structure:
JPTTC has 09 members of the Governing
Body as Executive Committee (EC) who are elected for 5 years and reportable to
the general committee. The Chairman of
the Governing body works as a chief executive for managing, monitoring and
documenting all activities. S/he is reportable to the EC.
General Committee:
The General Committee is the
highest body of JPTTC. It holds the supreme authority in the organization.
Presently, the General Committee has a total number of 09 members and they work
as an electoral body to elect the Executive Committee for five years. The General
Committee meets once a year. But if necessary, it can summon an emergency
meeting.
Executive Committee:
The organization has a 4-member
Executive Committee. The members of the general committee elect the members of
this committee for five years. It performs all responsibilities on behalf of
the General Committee. The EC sits quarterly to look after the activities of
the organization and make necessary decisions if required
Advisory Committee:
There is a provision in the
constitution of JPTTC for an advisory committee. The advisory committee
consists of 3 members. The executive committee appoints the members of the
advisory committee. Its function is to advise the Executive Committee and the Chief
Executive.
The expertise of JPTTC:
JPTTC has the expertise for direct
project implementation with different ministries particularly the Ministry of Education,
and Social Welfare Ministry as well as National and International Organizations
like UNDP, World Bank, ILO, a2i, Canada, ICT Division, and Cabinet Division etc

cost control, financial reporting, funding strategies, compliance, and
stakeholder communication practices, JPTTC can continue to deliver high-quality
training programs and achieve its strategic objectives. Effective financial
management is the backbone of JPTTC’s ability to thrive and expand in a
competitive training industry.
